Senators Alan Cropsey, Mark Jansen and Jason Allen visited ASC on Monday, February 1, 2010 to to meet with ASC's president Paul Santoro and congratulate him on his appointment as AANA president-elect.

In their meeting, Paul and the senators had a chance to discuss the importance of small business to Michigan's economy, state government budget, and regulatory issues in health care. 

"We are fortunate to have such dedicated public servants representing us in Lansing," said Santoro.

The senators also had a chance to discuss their role in blocking the proposed 3% "Physicians Tax" last fall, which would have been devastating to healthcare practices around the state.
